			Asbury Parkview Gaithersburg, MD After total interior demolition, restoration of the original building was completed. The renovations and 8-story addition resulted in 65 luxury apartments including one and two bedroom units, some with dens. A precast parking garage and a new roadway were also part of the project.

			Asbury Methodist Village Assisted Living Facility Gaithersburg, MD This 168,000-square-foot assisted living facility spans seven stories. The project contains 133 units and is constructed with a concrete structure and brick veneer. The new building ties into an existing building to provide the facility with an additional elevator.

			Asbury Cultural Arts & Wellness Center Gaithersburg, MD This 40,000-square-foot facility includes a state-of-the-art theater with sound and light systems and movie capabilities as well as fitness rooms, banking services, a convenience store, TV studio, multi-purpose room, pool and spa. This is the fourth project Donohoe has done for Asbury Methodist Village, Inc. at the Gaithersburg Campus.

			Epworth Manor Tyrone, PA This independent and assisted living facility contains 50 units in 69,000 square feet. The project required the demolition of four existing structures and was built into the base of a mountain requiring major excavation and retaining wall structures. Amenities include an activity room, multi-purpose room, billiard room, beauty and barber shop, library, training room, family room, two dining areas and a specialized Alzheimer care unit.

			Clinton Manor Housing for the Elderly Clinton, MD This contemporary 92,500-square-foot senior living project contains 111 units in a four-story structure. The building is wood-framed and has masonry veneer with cedar siding. The facility includes a library, game room, meeting rooms, wellness center and two elevators. A sculptured fountain, colored concrete walkways, trellis, and croquet court were also included.

			Laurel Lakes Senior Apartments Laurel, MD This wood-framed four-story senior living facility contains 125 units. Amenities include two elevators, beauty shop, multi-use room, craft shop, game room, exercise room, roof garden, gazebo and courtyard walkways. The scope of work at the three-acre site includes a new parking lot, landscaping and modification to the existing storm water management pond. The project also included the construction of a wellness center.

			Asbury Solomons Phase 2 Solomons Island, MD This $15.2 million waterfront campus is an expansion of the existing Asbury Methodist Village Retirement Community. The project includes 86 independent living apartment units in two concrete mid-rise buildings with vinyl siding exterior, six semi-detached cottages and a wellness center with an indoor pool and fitness facility.

			US Armed Forces Retirement Home, Intermediate Care Facility Washington, DC This five-story, 219,000-square foot retirement facility incorporates amenities for seniors such as a library and beauty shop. An intermediate care area, occupational and physical therapy centers, examination rooms and an institutional kitchen and dining hall were other elements of this project.

			Asbury Bethany Village Mechanicsburg, PA This continuing care retirement center encompasses 475,000 square feet of independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and community center facilities that vary from 1 to 4 stories. The project included the construction of a new public road around the perimeter of the site so that an existing road could be abandoned. The site is over 100 acres large, and is across the street from Asbury's existing Bethany Village facility.

			Marriott Brighton Gardens Chevy Chase, MD This 122,000-square-foot assisted living center involves a 7-story building situated on an urban one-acre site. Amenities for the residents include a library, beauty shop and community dining facilities, along with a specially landscaped residents' garden.
