Washington, DC

This three-level retail arcade and seven-story office tower contains a 198-unit Embassy Suites Hotel, full-service restaurants, swimming pool, health club, eight food-court restaurants and 50 retail shops. This facility also provides underground parking for 750 cars.


Macy's Pentagon City Macy's Pentagon City
Arlington, VA
The first of three Donohoe projects for Macy's, this 315,000-square-foot project consists of a three-story department store and adjoining parking structure. Donohoe received a "Most Outstanding Project" award in the retail category from the Virginia and Metropolitan Chapters of the Associated Builders and Contractors for this project.


Macy's Fair Oaks Mall

Macy's at Fair Oaks Mall
Fairfax, VA

The Fair Oaks Macy's is the prototype for the next generation of Macy's stores. This new model includes upgraded and enhanced infrastructure to accommodate sophisticated inventory control systems. This 230,000-square-foot Macy's anchor store is the only three-level store in the mall. The scope of work included two designated mall entrances with marble and granite accents, marble and granite flooring, and a Macy's signature escalator.



Georgetown Park Mall Georgetown Park Mall Phase II
Washington, DC

This award-winning shopping mall and residential project is comprised of two separate buildings connected by bridges spanning the historic C&O Canal. The project’s north building contains a three-level, 200,000-square-foot retail shopping park comprised of 95 international stores, restaurants and 128 condominium units. The south building, an old warehouse, houses 30 residential condominium units. This project also features an underground parking garage with space for more than 500 vehicles.


Dean & Deluca Dean & Deluca
Washington, DC
This specialty gourmet shop is located in Georgetown's historic Market House building. Representing Dean & Deluca's first venture outside of New York, the store was carefully planned to minimize any changes to the 200-year-old brick building.
