Franconia/Springfield Parking Garage Franconia/Springfield Parking Structure Expansion
Springfield, VA
Design/build precast parking garage with four elevated levels adding approximately 1,125 new spaces to the existing garage. The scope of work includes utility construction and relocation, a new roadway around the parking area and new sidewalk curbs and islands. The central challenge of this project is tying the new construction into the existing garage while supporting the existing decks for continued parking use.


Vienna Metro Parking Garage Vienna Metro Parking Garage
Vienna, VA
This six-story precast parking garage is the Washington Metro Area Transit Authority's first design/build garage. The structure adds 2,185 parking spaces at the Vienna Metro station and features glass-enclosed stairways and elevator tower with glass cabs. The garage was delivered two months ahead of schedule.

Gaithersburg, MD
Six-level, 300,000-square-foot parking structure containing 812 spaces.


South Parking Structure, Reagan National Airport South Parking Structure at Reagan National Airport
Arlington, VA
This four-level parking structure increased parking at Reagan National Airport by nearly 50%. The new garage, terraced into a hillside, is capable of holding 2,100 vehicles, and contains a 68,000-square-foot administration office area. The project was completed three months ahead of schedule.


Metroplace at Dunn-Loring Metroplace at Dunn-Loring Parking Garage
Merrifield, VA
This four-level parking garage contains 165,000-square feet. The structure is post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete with a precast façade. Also included in the scope of work was the adjoining 167,00-square-foot office building.


UMD Parking Garage Parking Structure
University of Maryland
College Park, MD
Five-level design/build parking garage on the University of Maryland's College Park Campus. The structure contains 530,724 square feet of parking space, 10,000 square feet of office space and two storage rooms. The garage was completed five months ahead of schedule, in time for the start of the fall semester.
