	Donohoe has emerged as one of the premier builders of multi-family residential projects in the mid-Atlantic region. 			Park Place Annapolis Annapolis, MD This $132 million mixed-use project includes a Westin hotel, two office buildings, luxury condominiums, a public parking garage, and landscaped plaza. The 6-story Westin Hotel has 225 rooms. There is an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, and banquet facilities. There are two 5-story office buildings. One is completed and has retail space on the ground floor. The 2nd office building will be completed in the fall of 2008. The 7-story residential component features 208 luxury one, two, and three bedroom condominiums with fireplaces. Other amenities include a community room, fitness center, outdoor pool, and private parking. The three-level public parking garage has over 1,100 parking spaces and is partially owned and operated by the City of Annapolis. The garage serves the office buildings and hotel, as well as the surrounding community.

			Bennett Park Apartments Arlington, VA This project consists of a nine-story apartment building with two levels of underground parking and a fifteen-story apartment building with five levels of underground parking. Work also included modifications to the existing parking garage under a fully occupied office building at 1600 Wilson Boulevard to allow access to the parking garages for the new buildings. The high-rise building has 178 apartments and the mid-rise has 46 apartments. There is approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space.

			Camden Potomac Yard Arlington, VA The Camden Potomac Yard is a 12-story, 368-unit luxury apartment complex. The building structure includes an elaborate exterior facade that consists of brick, architectural CMU, pre-cast concrete, EIFS, composite metal panels, and granite. The building features a 5-story open air breezeway with ornate terrazzo flooring and an EIFS ceiling. The amenity spaces include an 11th floor rooftop pool and spa, with adjoining party room and theatre, and a ground floor fitness room, public conference room, and Internet café. This project won a Washington Building Congress Craftsmanship Award.

			Odyssey Condominiums Arlington, VA This award-winning 465,000-sqaure-foot project is comprised of a 16-story building with 265 condominiums consisting of studios and one, two, and three bedroom units featuring views of Arlington and Washington, DC. Some units have dens, fireplaces, and balconies. The top five floors of the sixteen-story building were upgraded to "platinum penthouse suites" with upgraded finishes and appliances. There are also 10 two- and three-story townhouses.

			The Sterling at the Metro North Bethesda, MD The Sterling at the Metro is a mixed-use condominium development located adjacent to the White Flint Metro station and the newly constructed Gallery at White Flint Place. The 250,000 square foot complex consists of a 16-story, 197-unit luxury residential tower with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a community building, and landscaped gardens with an outdoor pool. The 15,000 square feet of commercial space is located below the residential tower and faces on to Rockville Pike. There is underground parking for over 300 cars.

			The Colonnade at Kentlands Condominiums Gaithersburg, MD This complex consists of ten buildings housing 307 apartments along with a 6-story parking garage connected to the buildings by bridges. The units are a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with over 200 having fireplaces. The 4th floor units feature lofts. The landscaped grounds include fountains and a small park. Amenities include a swimming pool, library and click café, pub and billiard room, theatre, fitness center and cardio exercise room, and sauna. There are also 3 retail spaces.

			Lofts 590 Arlington, VA This 4-story, wood frame apartment building has 212 units with a mix of studios, one, and two bedroom apartments. Some units are 2-level loft apartments with bedrooms overlooking the living area. Other units feature 9' ceilings and "loft style" open floor plans with a variety of finishes such as stained concrete floors and cork floors. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, and underground parking.

			Potomac Place Washington, DC Two seven-story buildings containing 302 units. The project also includes an elevated plaza with pool and an underground parking garage.

			Wilton House at Merrifield Metro Merrifield, VA This fifteen-story building contains 259 units consisting of studios, one and two bedroom units. Some units have dens and balconies. Amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, fitness center and a party room with an outdoor patio.

			The Gallery at Rosslyn Arlington, VA This high-rise residence contains 19 stories above ground and three levels of parking below grade. Project amenities include a swimming pool and exercise and community room. The building includes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and parking for more than 350 cars. The first floor contains approximately 2,000 square feet of retail space. The project site is located just two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro station.

			The Ellington Washington, DC Mixed-use project located at the corner of 13th and U Streets, NW, Washington, DC, across the street from the U Street Metro Station. The building is a combination of four, six and eight stories with the entrance to the residential units located on 13th Street and a prominent retail entrance fronting on U Street, accessed through a courtyard. There are 190 residential rental units, 15,000 square feet of ground level retail space and two levels of underground parking. Some of the amenities include a community room, business center, health club, high-speed Internet, fireplaces and balconies.

			The Whitney at Bethesda Theatre Bethesda, MD The project involved historic preservation and renovation of the Bethesda Theatre to its original 1930's design, construction of an 11-story high-rise apartment building spanning the restored theatre, a low-rise apartment building on the west portion of the property, 9 townhouses, and a 4-story sub-grade parking garage with a capacity for 628 cars. One section of the parking garage is for the exclusive use of the residences and one section was completed early and turned over to Montgomery County, Maryland.

			The Gallery at Virginia Square Arlington, VA This 22-story luxury apartment building includes three floors of underground parking, 230 residential units, and retail shops on the street level. The apartments are above the Virginia Square metro stop in Arlington, VA. Building amenities include a roof top terrace, pool, fitness center and a clubroom.

			StoneRidge Apartments at University Center Ashburn, VA Wood-framed, luxury apartment complex containing 630 units. Apartments are garden-style and feature fireplaces and both free-standing and built-in garages. The project also features an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with pool.

			Henry Adams House Apartments Washington, DC 312,000-square-foot, luxury high-rise apartment building containing 211 studio, one and two-bedroom units. The concrete-frame building has three levels of underground parking. Other project features include a rooftop terrace, aerobic/weight room, marble floors, and a courtyard.

			The Gallery at White Flint Place Rockville, MD This project is located adjacent to the White Flint metro station. It is composed of two 16-story residential towers containing 453 units, including penthouses and club level units, a fitness center, lap pool, community room, concierge, business center, mailrooms, billiards room, tot lot, patio, and grill area.

			Warwick House Phase II Arlington, VA This 212-unit luxury high-rise contains 17 stories and two levels of underground parking for 235 cars. The first floor includes a well-appointed lobby, a community room and a state-of-the-art exercise facility. Covering the garage structure is an outdoor terrace and at the building step back on the 15th floor is a rooftop outdoor swimming pool and deck area.

			Homes at Woodmont Washington, DC This 176-unit apartment complex consists of six three and four-story wood-framed buildings. The project also includes a community building with a computer learning center and a pool. The project site was a former dirt landfill and required deep dynamic compaction - a process of propping a ten-ton weight from a crane to compact existing fill into place to allow construction and reduce the risk of foundation settlement.

			The Residences at Park Hyatt Washington, DC This 85-unit luxury apartment building connected to the Park Hyatt Hotel is centrally located at 1221 24th Street, NW. The 85 units are comprised of one bedroom, one bedroom with den, and two bedroom apartments. A 115-space underground parking garage serves the building with valet parking.

			Parc Vista Apartments Arlington, VA This 17-story luxury apartment building includes two underground parking levels. The 300-unit apartment complex contains 20,015 square feet per floor and features a rooftop swimming pool completely enclosed by a greenhouse.

			Metropolitan at Arlington Arlington, VA The Metropolitan at Arlington is a 190-unit mid-rise luxury apartment complex built on the site of the former Pentagon City Hospital. The 264,694-square-foot complex wraps around an existing 350-car parking garage. Amenities of the complex include a clubhouse, business center and health facility with pool. The apartments feature fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and gourmet kitchens..

			Sanderling Condominiums Centreville, VA The 89,8000-square-foot, garden-style project is of wood frame construction and was built in two phases. The 138-unit complex offers one and two-bedroom condominiums. Each unit contains oversized windows, ceramic tile entrances, wooden cabinets and fireplaces.
