This $132 million mixed-use project includes a Westin hotel, two office buildings, luxury condominiums, a public parking garage, and landscaped plaza.

The 6-story Westin Hotel has 225 rooms. There is an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, and banquet facilities. There are two 5-story office buildings. One is completed and has retail space on the ground floor. The 2nd office building will be completed in the fall of 2008. The 7-story residential component features 208 luxury one, two, and three bedroom condominiums with fireplaces. Other amenities include a community room, fitness center, outdoor pool, and private parking.

The three-level public parking garage has over 1,100 parking spaces and is partially owned and operated by the City of Annapolis. The garage serves the office buildings and hotel, as well as the surrounding community.

This nine-story hotel has 149 guestrooms with two levels of underground parking. Catering to the Northern Virginia business traveler, the hotel features in-room high-speed Internet access, a business center, and fitness facilities. Other hotel amenities include 1,500 square feet of meeting space, an indoor swimming pool, spa, and a hotel lounge and restaurant.

The 15-story hotel features 189 guestrooms with full kitchens and street level retail space and is in the center of activity with close proximity to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, the Convention Center and the downtown Financial District. Other amenities include two conference rooms, a fitness room, and a guest laundry room to accommodate extended stay guests.


Residence Inn - Capitol

Located at 333 E Street, SW, the Residence Inn - Capitol is three blocks from the site of the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian. The 13-story, 233-suite Residence Inn includes 2,400 SF of meeting space, underground parking, a business center, fitness center, indoor pool and sun terrace, gift shop, breakfast /evening reception area. Additional amenities include high-speed Internet access, fully equipped kitchens in all guestrooms and a guest laundry area.


Courtyard by Marriott at the National Business Park

140-room hotel with executive suites, a restaurant, meeting rooms, indoor pool and fitness center and high-speed Internet access. This hotel also includes a new feature for Courtyard by Marriott called "The Market", which is a 24-hour food and beverage area that will offer gourmet deli sandwiches and snacks.

This hotel includes 176 rooms in a 12-story structure with a two-story garage built on a small, .67 acre urban site. The above-ground portion of the building is on one half of the site. The structure is concrete with a brick and cast stone veneer. Common areas of the hotel include elaborate meeting rooms, exercise rooms and a spa.

This 234-suite hotel contains the trademark Embassy Suites interior atrium, rising the full eight stories of the structure. Glass elevators overlook the atrium, restaurant/bar and indoor swimming pool.

This hotel includes 107 suites in a ten-story structure with two levels of underground parking. Four of those suites contain special accomodations for guests with disabilities. Other features of the hotel include a fireplace, a sauna, an exercise room, and a meeting room.

Conversion and historic renovation of former Riggs Bank Building to a Courtyard by Marriott. The project features ten stories of restored brick and 189 guest rooms. This 132,000-square-foot project conforms to the Department of Interior's standards for historic preservation. A mezzanine level was added and houses the administration offices and mechanical room. The bank vault was retained and converted into a meeting room.

Richmond, VA
This seven-story hotel features 200 guest rooms, one floor of commercial space, conference and meeting rooms, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and a ballroom that will accommodate up to 500 people. Other amenities of the hotel include a restaurant, lounge, health and fitness center.
