Square 103 Student Residence Hall
Washington, DC
The 10-story building provides housing for 379 students. The building include two study areas, a community / TV room, a small retail venue, mailroom, vending area, laundry room, and a lobby/control area.

St. John's College High School
Washington, DC
This project included the complete reconfiguration and renovation of the school's Administration Office, Main Lobby, 100 Series Classroom and West Façade. Work included interior office partition reconfiguration, cherry millwork, administration desk and new mechanical systems in the Administration Office, complete reconfiguration of the main lobby to include cherry wainscot panel millwork, new ceiling details, lighting, reconditioned terrazzo flooring and new mechanical systems. The main corridor was upgraded with cherry wainscot panel millwork, new ceilings and upgraded lighting. Classroom renovations included new ceilings, lighting, flooring, marker boards and technology upgrades. The west façade of the building received new insulated glazing units and a complete masonry restoration. All work was completed during the summer break on an accelerated basis. |

Eighth High School
Woodbridge, VA
This new high school features classrooms for extensive technological education, including CAD/drafting labs, an electronics lab and an environmental systems lab. Other notable features include an auditorium, television studios and an observatory with a 16 inch telescope. The new high school also boasts a football stadium with running track, ten lighted tennis courts, lighted baseball fields, two basketball courts, and soccer and physical education fields. |

Kent Island High School
Stevensville, MD
Donohoe served as the Construction Manager for this 192,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art educational facility. The project included two gymnasiums, an auditorium, specialty classrooms, library and 45 acres of athletic facilities. The construction schedule was resequenced to allow occupancy of the facility five months ahead of schedule.

Bob Hope Performing Arts Center, United States Naval Academy Annapolis, MD
This 234,000-square-foot multi-use center includes facilities for assemblies, concerts, theater events and indoor athletic events. The building, only eight feet above the Severn River water table, required an intricate structural steel foundation with twelve 220-foot trusses, extensive site work and a structural steel frame. Donohoe received the "Outstanding Contractor" award for this project from the Department of the Navy.

James F. Oyster Elementary School
Washington, DC
This 57,000-square-foot new bilingual elementary school consists of four floors above grade with a brick veneer exterior. The masonry and steel building also features a 12,000-square-foot parking garage. Its unique design features a two-story gym on the second floor with a cafeteria directly below. It is the first new public school built in the District of Columbia in over 25 years. |

Thomas Stone High School
Waldorf, MD
This new 210,000-square-foot high school was completely renovated while the school was fully occupied and operational. A 70,000 square-foot addition was built to house updated science and technology laboratories. . The project was finished six months ahead of schedule, in time for fall classes to begin. The governor of Maryland recognized Donohoe for work on this project. |

Massaponax High School
Spotsylvania County, VA
262,000-square-foot new high school featuring a full sports complex which includes a lighted football and track and field area with stadium seating, a 1,000-seat auditorium, three gymnasiums, two competition baseball fields and three practice fields. It also includes a two-story educational wing along with an agriculture and production lab and a state-of-the-art integrated communication computer/video distribution system. |
