125,000-square-foot, 3-story nursing home that will house 170 residents and a 43,000-square-foot, 2-story assisted living facility that will house 75 residents. Once construction is completed, the current residents will be transferred to the new facility and the old buildings will be demolished.

Three lighted synthetic grass athletic fields, a parking lot, a rain garden to control stormwater runoff, three support buildings, walkways, and picnic areas. In addition, the project will include a raised esplanade with breathtaking views of the Potomac and will connect all sections of the park and its recreational facilities. The esplanade will be suitable for strolling, bicycling, train spotting, plane watching and small festivals.

Construction of a pedestrian bridge over Fashion Boulevard connecting Tysons Corner Center to the Towers Crescent office building. The lighted walkway includes intermittent canopies with driveway slab lighting.



Hilton Garden Inn - Bethesda

The Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda is a 15-story hotel development and is the first new hotel in Bethesda in 23 years. The hotel has 216 rooms, a fitness center, restaurant, indoor pool, meeting facilities, available covered parking in the adjoining garage, and a landscaped plaza area with public artwork dedicated to the community. The hotel is situated within one block of the Bethesda station along Metro's Red Line. The mezzanine level of the hotel directly connects hotel guests to over 700,000 square feet of retail and office space located in the Air Rights Center.

This 213 unit, 12-story residential tower has three levels of below grade parking and is surrounded by seven distinct, 4-story cluster townhouse buildings. This project included the unique construction feature of a design/build 50-ft. high retaining wall along the property line without the use of tiebacks into adjacent property. Amenities include a fitness center in the condominium tower and an outdoor swimming pool.



Park Place Mixed-Use Project

This $152 million mixed-use project includes a Westin hotel, two office buildings, luxury condominiums, a public parking garage, and landscaped plaza.

The 6-story Westin Hotel has 225 rooms. There is an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, and banquet facilities. There are two 5-story office buildings. The 7-story residential component features 208 luxury one, two, and three bedroom condominiums with fireplaces. Other amenities include a community room, fitness center, outdoor pool, and private parking.

The three-level public parking garage has over 1,100 parking spaces and is partially owned and operated by the City of Annapolis. The garage serves the office buildings and hotel, as well as the surrounding community.
