The hotel, with 216 rooms, a restaurant and lounge, fitness center, pool, business center and meeting space, will be the new centerpiece of the Air Rights Center, a 715,000 SF complex of three office towers complemented by retail, structured parking and restaurants. The new hotel will interconnect with the existing buildings via raised glass walkways, allowing access through the complex.

Nine-story apartment building with two levels of underground parking and construction of a fifteen-story apartment building with five levels of underground parking. Work also includes modifications to the existing parking garage under a fully occupied office building at 1600 Wilson Boulevard to access the parking garages for the new buildings. The high-rise building will have 178 apartments and the mid-rise will have 46 apartments.

Mixed-use project includes a Westin hotel, an office building, a public parking garage, and a landscaped plaza. The residential component will feature up to 208 luxury one, two, and three bedroom condominiums with fireplaces. There will also be a community room, fitness center, outdoor pool, and private parking. The six-story Westin Hotel will have approximately 225 rooms. There will also be an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, and banquet facilities. The five-story office building will have retail space on the ground floor. The three-story public parking garage will have over 1,100 parking spaces and will be partially owned and operated by the City of Annapolis. The garage will serve the office building and hotel, as well as the surrounding community.

There will be approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space located on the ground floor.
