The new hotel will interconnect with the existing buildings via raised glass walkways, allowing access through the complex. |

The residential component will feature up to 208 luxury one, two, and three bedroom condominiums with fireplaces. There will also be a community room, fitness center, outdoor pool, and private parking. The six-story Westin Hotel will have approximately 225 rooms. There will also be an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, and banquet facilities. The five-story office building will have retail space on the ground floor. The three-story public parking garage will have over 1,100 parking spaces and will be partially owned and operated by the City of Annapolis. The garage will serve the office building and hotel, as well as the surrounding community. |
