Senior Superintendent, Base Building

Plans and oversees total construction effort at the jobsite to ensure that the project is safely constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Supervises and coordinates various subcontractors to ensure the contract terms are complied with and quality levels are achieved.

Please include a resume describing your experience building high-rise hotel or residential projects, commercial office buildings, or senior living facilities. Local experience is preferred.
Interiors/Tenant Estimator

We are searching for an Interiors Estimator with commercial experience to develop budgets and estimates for interior construction projects and renovations in Office, Government, Hi Tech, Tenant Improvement. This person must be highly motivated, have knowledge of the construction industry and processes, be able to use estimating software to develop pricing, and be able to work independently.
Interiors/Tenant Project Manager

We are searching for an Interiors Project Manager with commercial experience for interior construction projects and renovations in Office, Government, Hi Tech, Tenant Improvement. Candidates must be experienced in running multiple projects, able to establish and meet budgets and schedules, be computer literate, and able to communicate on all levels both internally and with clients. Individuals with facilities management or building engineer / HVAC experience will also be considered.
